I strive to send out your jewelry in 3-5 business days. For custom orders and modifications, the turnaround time is longer and I will give you an expected delivery time. 

Domestic: I ship using USPS Priority Mail or Express Mail. Priority Mail normally takes maximum 2-3 business days from shipment date and Express is next day delivery (for most destinations) from shipment date.

International: I ship using US Postal Service First Class. Delivery time varies based on destination and season but in general count on about 10 days from the date of shipment. Unfortunately tracking information is not available for international orders and therefore I cannot be responsible for any lost international mail. The buyer is also responsible for customs fees, etc. You have an option to upgrade shipping to International Priority Mail for a 6-10 business day delivery time from date of shipment.

Should you not be happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange it unworn in it's original condition within 7 days of receiving your package. Returns will be refunded the original price less shipping cost. Exchanges can be made at the time of the return, or you can receive a credit. Please contact us in advance of returning anything. The buyer is responsible for any shipping and insurance costs associated with returns and exchanges. Note: rings, and custom orders are not refundable.

Try to check your ring size before ordering (for example in a local jewelry shop). However, should your ring not fit I'm happy to adjust the size after your purchase at a cost of $20 + shipping costs.

Most of my sterling silver jewelry has a matte finish. Over time when wearing it, the jewelry may become more shiny. You can re-matte it yourself by brushing it with a mild abrasive 3M scouring pad, or you're welcome to send it to me for re-matting.
